ABOUT
Sinclair’s is a modern Australian restaurant located within the historic Log Cabin Hotel in Penrith. It opened in 2022 as part of the hotel’s major redevelopment after the original venue was destroyed by fire in 2012.
Led by Head Chef Scott Mills, Sinclair’s showcases local produce, with ingredients sourced within 50 km of the venue. Praised for both its cuisine and ambiance, Sinclair’s has earnt a Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Hat, solidifying its place as a top dining destination in Western Sydney.
