Kinross Station Lamb is produced exclusively from genetically elite Hampshire Down lambs and is one of the world’s only breed specific lamb programs.The Hampshire Down breed is a heritage breed developed exclusively for meat production.

 

The Kinross Station Hampshire Down lambs have the rare ability to produce a marbled lamb product (a feature commonly associated with high quality beef). They are pasture raised before being grain finished on a barley-based ration for a minimum of 60 Days.
